Pre-Employment Transition Services
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) provide an early start at job exploration for students with disabilities ages 14-22. Funded by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), neba works with schools and other organizations across the state to deliver Pre-ETS services. Students can be referred to the program directly from their schools or MRC.

Students can be referred to the program directly from their schools as potentially eligible for MRC services, or if they are a part of MRC already they can be referred as a vocational rehabilitation individual.

- Job Exploration Counseling
- Work-Based Learning Experiences
- Counseling on Post-Secondary Education
- Workplace Readiness Training
- Self-Advocacy
