Assessment, Exploration, &
​Job Placement

Through Person Centered Planning and Discovery, neba Employment Consultants assist individuals to identify and attain employment that meets each individuals unique preferences, interests and possible support needs. On-going support is provided so that each person can meet their goals and further develop their career choices.
​
Whether it is your first job, or looking for a new job, our team of Employment Consultants work to assist each individual to realize their full potential, increase their confidence, and identify job opportunities and careers. For over 30 years, neba has collaborated with state referring entities, such as the Department of Developmental Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Transitional Assistance, and the Social Security Administration. 
 
NEBA also offers a Career Ladders program, a vocational skill building program. Components include financial literacy, self-determination and advocacy skills, career exploration, employment preparedness skills, social and life skills.
