Location: Community-Based (Greater Hampden and Hampshire County, MA)
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, daytime, with occasional evenings/weekends

This is a full-time, community-based role where you’ll work one-on-one with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their employment goals, grow their skills, and build fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do:
Get to know each job seeker’s unique strengths, interests, and support needs
Help individuals set and achieve goals related to employment, education, and community involvement
Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners
Provide coaching and support on the job to ensure success, confidence, and career growth
Track progress, overcome barriers, and celebrate every win
Promote independence and inclusion in everything you do
What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A professional, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
Background in job development or employment support (a plus!)
Comfortable traveling between locations and transporting participants in your own reliable, insured vehicle
Must pass background and driving record checks

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Work Location: Community-based / On the road
Relocation: Must be able to relocate to the Springfield, MA area prior to starting
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
8-hour shifts
Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
