Meet the Team: Kylee Warnock

Kylee entered the field of individualized supported employment through her experience working alongside an individual who was receiving on-the-job support from neba where she worked at the time. ​

Kylee had an innate ability to offer ideal natural supports to this individual, and her experience lead her to pursue employment with neba. In 2013, Kylee joined neba as an Employment Consultant. She assisted many individuals with disabilities and other barriers to obtain meaningful employment within their communities and be as independent as possible in their careers. Kylee earned her certification as an Employment Support Professional (CESP) in 2015. By July 2017, Kylee was promoted to Division Supervisor. In 2022, she joined the Massachusetts chapter of the national Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE). In June of 2024, Kylee was promoted to Program Manager. 
 
Kylee is an emerging leader in the disability employment field and looks forward to continuing her path in assisting individuals with disabilities realize their employment and career goals and pushing the current service system to make employment a reality for all.

Updated October 2025: Throughout her time with us, Kylee has demonstrated a deep commitment to helping individuals discover their strengths and achieve their goals. In her new position, she will continue to inspire people to live their best lives and find meaningful pathways into the workforce.
