Danielle Ralston is a Program Director at neba. Danielle Ralston is a seasoned leader in the field of disability employment and transition services, currently serving as Program Director at neba. With over three decades of experience advocating for and supporting individuals with disabilities, Danielle plays a key role in designing and overseeing innovative, person-centered programs that empower people to achieve greater independence through meaningful employment.
Danielle provides strategic oversight for several of neba’s flagship initiatives, including the Career Ladders program, On Our Way at Springfield College, Project SEARCH at Springfield College and Cooley Dickinson Hospital, and the Ticket to Work program. Under her leadership, these programs have expanded in reach and impact, helping individuals develop critical skills, build confidence, and successfully transition into the workforce. Throughout her career, Danielle has worked in close partnership with the Department of Developmental Services, local school systems, and community stakeholders to ensure high-quality, outcomes-driven service delivery. Before joining neba, she was a dedicated advocate in Michigan, serving on the Parent Advisory Committee in Clarkston and leading numerous initiatives to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. Danielle holds a Business Management Certificate and a Master’s Certificate in Non-Profit Human Service Management from Clarke University.
