Using a holistic approach, our DTA team of Employment Consultants strive to assist each participant and their household to realize their potential, increase their confidence, and become self-sufficient. neba’s workshops run Monday through Friday from 9:00 – 3:00 at both our Worcester and Springfield locations.  Services are offered in-person, virtually, and in a hybrid model in both English and Spanish.
Components include: 
  • financial literacy 
  • self-determination 
  • employment preparedness 
  • social and life skills 
  • certificate training opportunities 
  • career exploration 
  • career planning and placement assistance
  • ongoing career support
