“Every morning the question used to come, Is it worth it? Eventually, I would end up saying, yes, it’s worth it. I don’t have to think about an entire month, 30 days. Now I think bi-weekly. Every other week I have a paycheck. It’s amazing. I was dependent on my benefits, but they are ending soon. I don’t have to think about it. I knew in my heart this was coming. I knew it was going to take a little time. On June 3rd, I will be celebrating 9 months of employment! The biggest change in me was to become more strong with myself. I’m stronger every single day and every day is a new experience. I feel more attached to my community now too.” ~ Sandra R
