At present, the NEBA organization comprises five programs roughly designated by geography and mission. These are:
Through these programs, NEBA provides supported employment and educational services throughout most of Western Massachusetts.
We use a team approach to integrate our program activities into a cohesive whole. Each team is responsible for guaranteeing their quality of service and is accountable to the individuals they serve. While we support a common vision, the individual team approaches its task in its own way based on the unique circumstances that exists within the program.
