The M.R.C. Team works with referrals from the various Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission offices in Western Mass. Individuals served have a broad range and variety of skills, talents and experiences. One thing that they have in common is that they want to return to the workforce and be gainfully employed. Work is very often a key ingredient in the rehabilitation process. Working can boast self-esteem, build confidence, and provide purpose in lives.

Our services include vocational evaluation and job
support services. During vocational
evaluation, we help individuals discern the type of work and environment that
they are best suited for at this time in their life. Job support services include help with resume preparation,
interviewing skills, networking, identifying potential employers, answering ads,
obtaining and completing applications, searching the Internet, and on-the-job
support when needed.
