NEBA's Holyoke/Chicopee team is currently active in a wide geographic area that includes the west-central and south-central Massachusetts cities and towns of Holyoke, Chicopee, Belchertown, Ludlow, Palmer, East Hampton, South Hampton and South Hadley, MA.

Our approach is geared to the individual. Which is to say that NEBA strives to identify individual areas of interest and advocate for the people while they are in their working environment.  For this purpose, we use a variety of tools that have proven effective.  Some of these tools include:  Individual Service Designs, Vocational Profiles, Resume Writing Workshops, Mock Interviews, Informational Interviews, Job Tours, Job Samples, Travel Training, On the Job Support and Employer Negotiations.

The individuals are given as much or as little support as necessary.  Some require help only with finding job placements while others sometimes need additional on-the-job support.  In the end, both the individual and the employer discover the real value of a new and unexpected working relationship.
