Continuing and Post Secondary Education For many of our learners, community college or a continuing education program has been the best way to address personal growth and career enhancement. With the assistance and cooperation of Springfield College, NEBA has developed a unique educational program called "On-Our-Way". The intent of the program is to provide college age students with disabilities real access to a college experience. But our "On-Our-Way" program is not the only academic program available.
