 Our Mission

To improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities whose rights and freedom are most likely to be denied them.  This will be accomplished primarily through the use of employment as a vehicle for leveraging needed changes in the lives of the people we serve.  Two primary strategies will be used: creating decent opportunities with support, and protecting people from harm.  When fundamental issues emerge, regarding the welfare of the people we serve, and/or the welfare of individuals with disabilities on a broad scale, vehicles other than work may be employed to create the necessary changes and safeguards.
